ID Cards

The UIU ID card serves as official identification for students, faculty, staff, vendors and guests while on campus. The UIU ID card remains the property of Upper Iowa University and may be confiscated by the University at any moment. You may be asked to present your UIU ID at any time to certify your presence on campus is valid or to access buildings and programs, including access to some dining services areas. A UIU ID card may be confiscated if presented by someone other than the owner. The UIU ID card is nontransferable.

Lost or stolen UIU ID cards should be reported immediately to Student Life in person, by phone (563-425-5215) or via email ([email protected]). You are responsible for any use made of your card until it is reported lost or stolen and suspended. Until your UIU ID is replaced, you will not have access to the balances and privileges encoded on the card. A charge of $20 is assessed to replace a lost, stolen or mutilated UIU ID card.

UIU ID cards are issued by Student Life, located on the second floor in the Student Center.
